the venue met all our needs. We had a very comfortable 2 nights here. the location was perfect, just off Alton Towers and the local pub. the National Show Center was conveniently located just 4 km away from the hotel.

It was comfortable stay, I liked amazing food.
My room was nicely decorated and new-fashioned with coffee and tea making equipment, fridges, and glassware. The breakfast was savoury with lots of food, everybody can choose. The location was comfortable for traveling around Alton, not far from Alton Towers and the local pub as well as the local pub.

The rooms at The Bay Tree are comfortable and well-equipped, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. I especially loved the cozy patio with a beautiful garden view. The flat-screen TV and air conditioning were also great additions that made my stay even more enjoyable.
Personally, I found the electric kettle in the room a bit outdated and not as convenient as a coffee maker. However, I understand that some guests might still prefer using it.
